Lackawanna County Deputy Director of Arts & Culture Maureen McGuigan calls the free event, “A great day celebrating all the great things that Lackawanna County has to offer in the arts.” She suggests taking time to visit admiring the “one of a kind historic Scranton architecture” accentuating the artistic scenery.
