Called the “best of the wurst” Shawnee Mountain Ski Area is all set to dish out a mix of brews, brats and musical festivities in the 6th Annual Poconos’ Wurst Festival July 19 and 20.
Slide into your lederhosen and dancing shoes for some pure Polka from Wurst favorites including The Austrian Boys, Eddie Derwin and the Polka Naturals, along with The Chardon Polka Band. You may even fall into the filming of Chardon for Reelz Channel’s Polka Kings reality TV show set to air this fall.
So plan onspending Saturday savoring this Polish and German themed event starting at 11 a.m. with a 6 p.m. wrap up; then peruse on back for a second dose Sunday as one can never get enough of a wurst thing!
