Grey Towers National Historic Site will offer Holiday Mansion Tours from now through Saturday, December 20.
Explore all three floors of the beautifully decorated mansion during these special holiday tours. Members of the Milford Garden Club have decorated each floor to reflect a different theme. The guided tours will detail the history of the 1886 mansion and its founding residents, the Pinchot family. Tours will take place at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. each day. Admission costs $8 for adults, $7 seniors and kids $5 with ages 12 and under free.
After the tours, stop by the ongoing Holiday Art Exhibit and Sale and see creative depictions of the chateauesque mansion. Browse “plein-air” paintings by the artists of Come Paint With Me. The Holiday Art Exhibit and Sale is sponsored by the US Forest Service with support from Grey Towers Heritage Association.
Saturday, December 13 at 2 p.m. enjoy the sounds by members of the Dingman Delaware Elementary School Chorus as they sing holiday favorites in the Visitor Pavilion area.
The Grey Towers Interpretive Gift Shop will offer exceptional savings for the holiday season. Visit the shop between December 8 and 20 to receive a 20% discount on unique holiday gifts including items from Eastern National Forests Interpretive Association and the Grey Towers Heritage Association.
